Shipping Options
 
Orders will be shipped out using the most suitable carrier.

Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping.

All packages shipped within and outside Singapore will be posted as a Registered Article that will come with a tracking number and a signature may be required upon receipt. Customers are responsible for any additional charges on returned packages.

Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.

Free shipping applies only to orders of more than $100 or more for shipping within Singapore (after discount).
 
 
 
Expected Shipping Times
   
  • Singapore: 2 - 4 working days
  • Rest of the World: 6 - 14 working days
We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within their stipulated times. However, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any potential delays.

Most orders are shipped out within one working day of ordering or upon confirmation of payment.
 
 
 
Order Tracking
 
All orders once processed and shipped will come with a tracking number.

Tracking numbers can be found in the Order History page of your
Account. You can also access it via the Order Status link under Information on the website.

Log into your account to check the status of your order.
 
 
 
International Customs Fees
 
Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.

Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your respective customs office.

Please note that all orders are subject to review and checks by customs authorities upon arrival to the country of delivery.
 
 
 
Exchange Policy
 
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

Each item is inspected for quality and any defects before carefully packaged and prepared for shipment to you. An item may be returned for an exchange if :

  • the wrong item was shipped
  • the wrong size or color was shipped
  • the item is defective

The merchandise must be returned unwashed and unworn with tags accompanied by the original sales receipt and return form. Please note that we have the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

For an exchange,

  1. Complete the Exchange Form by listing the return reason and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records. It is important that you indicate your order number in the Exchange Form.
  2. Pack and seal your return merchandise (unwashed, unworn and in original condition) securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Exchange Form.
  3. Affix the Exchange Label to the package.
  4. An email will be sent to you upon receipt of your package.
