How much do you charge for shipping?
 
Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Alternatively, you can use our Shipping Calculator.
 
 
 
What payment methods do you accept?
 
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders as payment.
 
 
 
How do I track my order?
 
To track your order, log in to your ARDT account. Once logged in, you can view your order history on your Account page. Simply click on the "View Order" link to view the order status.

If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be issued which allows you to track your package. Tracking results can take up to 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. You may also track the shipment of your package by clicking on the tracking link provided in the order shipment confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
 
 
Can I reserve an item in my shopping cart?
 
Unfortunately, placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure that you will be able to purchase it at a later time. If your item is out of stock at time of check out, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your cart.
 
 
Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
 
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is not possible to modify or make changes to the order.
 
 
How do I cancel my order?
 
To cancel an order, simply use the contact form to request the cancellation of your order. To cancel an order, simply use the contact form or email customerservice@ardentees.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please include the Order Number in either the subject line or the body of your email. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the order to us upon receipt. Once we receive your order, your payment will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that return shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
 
 
I own a retail store. How can I be a registered stockist of ARDT apparel?

How do I make changes to my information in my ARDT account?
 
To make changes to your account, just log in to your ARDT account. You will be able to modify everything in your Profile page except your username.
 
 
How do I delete my account?
 
You can delete your account by logging in to your account page. To delete your account, click the Delete Account button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Please note that you will need to create a new account for any future purchases. We are not able to retrieve past records in deleted accounts.
 
 
 
How are your shirts printed?
 
We use screen printing for the best printing results and may use embellishments like embroidery, specialty inks, foil printing, flock and other printing embellishments and methods.
 
 
What kind of shirts do you print on?
 
We print on own own custom made tee-shirts. They are made of 100% fine combed cotton construction and have durable rib neckbands.
 
 
How do your shirts fit?
 
Our shirts tend to be slim fitting. You can check out our size charts here. Please note that the measurements stated in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch.
 
 
How should I wash my tees? Will they shrink a lot?
 
Cotton generally shrinks after wash. To minimize shrinking, wash your shirts in cold water and hang it up to dry. Obversely, you will see the most shrinkage in your shirts if washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer setting.

Typically, you may experience a shrinkage of 3-5 per cent in both the length and width of your shirts after wash with our 100% cotton tee. You may wish to take this into consideration when choosing a size for the best fit.
 
 
If a particular design or size is sold out, will it ever be reprinted?
 
We print designs in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity of our shirts after which they will usually not be reprinted. In line with our vision of stimulating artistic conception, we hope to bring to you a constant flux of inspiring and inspired works through our apparel.
